Day 01 : Mumbai
Welcome to India! As you arrive at Mumbai airport, our Company representative will receive you with a warm welcome and get you transfered to hotel. Relax and retire for an overnight stay in hotel.
Mumbai – The most happening commercial hub in India. It is the parental city from where your enchanting India tour will set forth. Bounded by Arabian Sea, this dream city hosts Bollywood, the world’s second producer of movies. After witnessing several historical and political events in past, the place is a captivating venue boozing with stirring events happening all around. You can spend the evening strolling along famous beach of Mumbai Juhu / Chowpatty and witness its azure beauty at the time of sunset.
Day 02 : Mumbai (Elephanta Island and Marine Drive)
Relish an appetizing breakfast in hotel. This day, apart from entire city sightseeing you will tour around Elephanta Island & saunter along Marine area.
In the morning, you will visit Elephanta Island that is also called Gharapuri Island or place of caves. Thickly wooded with palm, mango, and tamarind trees, the island has two groups of caves in rock cut architectural style. First is a large group of five Hindu caves and second, a smaller group of two Buddhist caves. These caves are cut and shaped from solid basalt rock & are a huge complex of shrines, courtyards, inner cells, grand halls and porticos arranged in the splendid symmetry of Indian rock-cut architecture, and filled with exquisite stone sculptures of Hindu Gods and Goddesses.
After this, during afternoon hours, you will be taken on city tour. Mumbai is a city full of frantic meddle that will open to you architectural wonders, culinary treat, art gamut and a lot more. You will visit here Gateway of India, Jehangir Art Gallery, Hanging Garden, Kamla Nehru Park, Mahalaxmi Temple, Haji Ali, Mani Bhavan, Taraporwalla Aquarium, World Trade Centre, Jehangir Art Gallery, Prince of Wales Museum, Bandra - Worli Sea Link, Nehru Planetorium and Hare Rama Hare Krishna Temple (ISKON).
In the evening, you will be driven to Marine Drive. Marine Drive is an exotic destination in Mumbai where magical charisma of the street lights after sunset takes away the breath of its visitors. The six lanes ‘C’ shaped boulevard along the bay glitters like a diamond necklace at night and hence, is often referred as Queen’s Necklace.

Day 03 : Mumbai – Aurangabad (Ellora Caves)

You will take your breakfast and then check-out of hotel. Chauffeur will drive you to Mumbai airport from where you will fly to Aurangabad. Our representative will receive you at Aurangabad airport and get you transfered to hotel. Relax for some time and then you will set off for Ellora caves tour.
Located about 30 kms from Aurangabad, Ellora caves comprising total of 34 cave temples had been built in Buddhist, Hindu and Jain periods. You will find the cave complex quite multicultural since the caves incorporate themes belonging to different eons. Elaborately carved ceilings, geometric designs, narrative sculptures, inscripted murals and overall a primeval ingredient running through these castles are sure to rivet you. The caves display a rare excellence in craftsmanship and brilliant conception of religious themes.
After Ellora tour, return to hotel and savour a delectable dinner. Overnight stay in hotel in Aurangabad.
Day 04 : Aurangabad (Ajanta Caves)
After enjoying delicious breakfast in hotel, you will be taken on tour to UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ajanta Caves.
Forged out into the heart of the rock, the primordial enchanting Ajanta Caves mostly consist of chaitya-grihas and monasteries. The wall paintings are wonderfully done on ground of mud-plaster in tempera techinque and specifically revolves around Buddha, Bodhisattvas, incidents from the life of Buddha and the Jatakas. You will be mystified by seeing astounding architectural details, high level of mastery in sculpting and a skillful command of hammer over chisel. The paintings you will stare hard at own boundless charm. After exploring Ajanta caves, you will return to hotel.

Day 05 : Aurangabad – Mumbai

After taking breakfast, you will be taken on half-day Aurangabad city tour.
Surrounded by many historical monuments, Aurangabad is called “the City of Gates” for the presence of imposing fifty-two gates throughout the city. This day you will visit Aurangabad Caves and Bibi Ka Maqbara.
Aurangabad Caves: Situated at a distance of 5 km and nestled amidst the hills, there are located 12 Buddhist caves that date back to 3 A.D. Discover here outstanding iconography and subperb architectural designs of the caves.
Bibi Ka Maqbara: Located 3 km from the city, Bibi Ka Maqbara is the burial place of Aurangzeb's wife, Rabia-ud-Durrani. It is a replica of Taj at Agra and due to its similar design, it is also known as Mini Taj of Deccan. The Maqbara stands in the middle of a spacious Mughal garden, which is beautified with axial ponds, fountains, water channels, broad pathways and pavilions. You will also visit a small archaeological museum which is located behind the mausoleum.

After completing these visits, you will return to hotel and check out. Thereafter, chauffeur will drive you to Aurangabad airport, from where you will catch flight to Mumbai. From Mumbai you are to catch connecting flight to your onward destination.
