Day 01
Reach Mumbai. On arrival, you will be met by our representative & transferred to hotel. After a traditional welcome, check into the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02
Enjoy a full day sightseeing of the city of the dreams. Start your day from the Gateway of India -one of Mumbai's most famous monuments designed by George Wittett in the Indo-Saracenic style with Gujarati and Islamic elements; watch the devotees pay their respects at the Mahalaxmi temple, Sidhi Vinayak Temple , Jain temple and at the tomb of the Muslim saint Haji Ali; see the magic of Indian history and heritage explode at the Prince of Wales Museum; take a undersea walk at the Taraporewala Aquarium and see the magic of the marine life unfold before your eyes. Learn about the Zoroastrian burial rites at the Tower of Silence and see the Christians celebrate their faith at the innumerable churches and cathedrals across the city; important ones being Mount St Mary’s, Aloysius Church, Mahim Church and St Thomas’ Cathedral. Then visit the National Gallery of Modern Art and the Jahangir Art Gallery to see the works and exhibits of Indian masters and artists. And finally watch the sun go the horizon from one of Mumbai's most popular promenades -the Marine Drive and enjoy yourself in the carnival like atmosphere of the Juhu and Chowpatty Beaches before a deep slumber at your hotel.

 

Day 03 - Mumbai - Trivandrum – Kovalam
Leave Mumbai in the morning for Trivandrum. At Trivandrum (Tiruvanthapuram) following the check in of formalities enjoy your day in the sand or pamper yourselves with a herbal, body- toning message of your choice. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04 - Kovalam - Cape Camorin – Kovalam
Leave in the morning for a same day return trip to Cape Camorin. Visit the Padmanabhapuram Palace & Archaeological museum - a superb example of traditional Kerala architecture and reputedly the largest wooden palace in India. Drive back to Kovalam and spent the night at hotel.

Day 05 - Kovalam – Varkala
After breakfast, proceed towards Varkala- one of the many un-spoilt beach resorts of India, where you can indulge yourself with a body therapy or enjoy the peace and tranquility at the palm fringed beach. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06 - Varkala – Kumarakom
From Varkala, enjoy a speedboat or luxury cruise to the backwater country of Kumarakom and make yourself at home in its small-town hush. Feel at home!

 

Day 07 - Kumarakom
Enjoy yourself with a boat ride through the verdant countryside of Kumarakom. Absorb the beauty of the villages and see the gorgeous green of the fringed palms ripple in the blue waters and blend into wavelets as you make your way to Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary home to the Darters, Bitterns, Brahminy kites, Marsh Harries, Teals and several varieties of Herons roost; watch the multi hued birds fill the skies and listen to their melodious orchestra. If you are adventurous enough, you can indulge in water sports such as Wind Sailing & Water Skiing. You can even take a canoe out into the quiet lakes. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08 - Kumarakom – Periyar
From Kumarakom, ride through a scenic journey past misty mountains, spice plantations and open grasslands lined with spectacular water falls & delightful trekking trails to Periyar. On arrival check into hotel, refresh yourself & be relaxed. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 09 – Periyar
Get ready to meet the king of the jungle at the Periyar Tiger Reserve- one of the most beautiful wildlife parks of India. Go on a trek with a local guide and familiarize yourself with the native birds, trees & flowers. You can even set upon a walk through the plantations filled with the heady fragrance of fresh spice. A boat safari on the Periyar Lake extends a lifetime's chance to spot exotic wildlife in its natural habitat. Like the eccentric bathing habits of the wild elephants that come down to the lake. Day 10 and Day 11 - Periyar - Kottayam - Backwater Tour
In the morning, we drive to Kottayam, from where you will enboard the traditionally decorated houseboats, you will start a 02 nights back water cruise which will end at Alleppey.

Day 12 - Alleppey – Cochin
We leave Alleppey for Cochin soon after brekfast. Afternoon sightseeing tour covering: Jewish Synagogue - Built in 1568 the oldest synagogue in the commonwealth stands, adorned by hundreds of exquisite hand - painted Chinese tiles in blue & white; St. Francis church originally, built out of wood in 1503 and thus earning fame as the oldest European church in India. The famous Portuguese navigator Vasco de Gama was buried there; the Sant Cruz Baslica Church situated close to St.Francis Church has some beautiful paintings. Dutch Palace - As you climb its stone steps, you enter a different world of Palanquins and heraldry, jewels and rich murals. Roam about in the cobbled streets, you will love it. In the evening , enjoy a Kathakali dance show. The Kathakali dance is renowned through out the world for its harmonious blending of poetry, music, costumes and gestures to narrate stories from Indian Epics. Overnight at hotel.

 

 
 

Day 13 - Cochin - Calicut (Kozhikode)
After breakfast, we drive to Calicu, where after a sumptious Keralite Lunch we leave for a half day city tour covering - Pazhassiraja Museum, The Art Gallery and Krishna Art Museum and if time permits the Kalaripayattu centre -seat of ancient Kerala martial arts. Overnight at hotel.

Day 14 - Calicut - Treehouse
Ensconced in Vythiri at a height of3750ft above sea leavel, in the Western Ghats among the Wyanad Hills in North Kerala at a distance of 65 kms from Calicut enroute Ooty - Mysore is the biggest kept secret of Kerala- The Tree house. Access to the Tree house 86 ft from ground is by an indigenous cane elevator. Spend your time at the beautiful accommodation in Tree house.

Day 15 – Treehouse
Tourists are encouraged to explore a number of walking trails, which are made carefully so as not to disturb the surroundings. They can also go hiking across places of exceptional beauty and observe the indigenous fauna or exuberant vegetation.

Day 16 - Treehouse – Ooty
In the morning, we drive to the Queen of hill stations - Ootacamund or Ooty as it is popularly referred to. Situated in Nilgiri Mountains at an elevation of 7216 ft. above sea-level near Tri Junction of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala, Ooty is the only hill station in India that attracts visitors throughout the year. Located at a point where the Eastern Ghats meets the Western Ghats, nature unfolds itself into a myriad of profiles, each one with a distinctive grandeur and individuality. Day 17 – Ooty
Today, we go visit the Botanical Gardens (2 kms) ;Tiger Hill (16 kms) ;Dodabetta Peak (10 kms) ;Valley View Lake (1 km) ;Wilson Fish Farm, St. Stephen Church, Marlimund Lake (5 kms) ;Wenlock Downs (2 kms) ;Avalanche (15 kms) ;Elk Hill, Kalhatti Falls (14 kms) and the Snowdon, Glen Morgen (25 kms). Overnight in hotel.

Day 18 - Ooty – Mysore
Morning drive to Mysore. On arrival check in into hotel. Afternoon city tour that covers Mysore Palace, Chamundi Hills, Brindavan Gardens. Overnight at hotel.

Day 19 - Mysore – Bangalore
Early morning we drive to Bangalore. On arrival check in into hotel followed by an after noon city tour that covers the Vidhan Sudha( the State’s Legislature and Secretariat),Philomena Church, Nandi Temple – One of the oldest temple, popularly known as the Bull temple Overnight at hotel.
Day 20 - Bangalore - Mumbai – Departure
