Day 01: Arrival at Mumbai
As planned under the Mumbai itinerary the guests will be most conveniently received by a member of our team at their advent at Mumbai Airport. The guests then will be escorted to a hotel for an overnight stay in the city. The city is a technological and commercial hub of the country and your arrival in the city will begin your Ajanta and Ellora Caves tour on a joyous note.
Day 02: Mumbai- Aurangabad
The guests will be served a sumptuous meal at the hotel on this day of your tour to Ajanta and Ellora Caves which will be followed by a casual and pleasing arcade to the local market. The guests thereafter will board the flight to their next destination, Aurangabad where they will be accommodated in a hotel booked previously by our tour operator in Mumbai.
Day03: At Aurangabad
The breakfast will be served at the hotel at Auranagabad which will be followed by a full day sightseeing tour of the city as pre- planned under your East- India itinerary. The city of Aurangabad, renowned for its caves and the guests on this day will view one of the most exquisite Ajanta caves. The Ajanta Caves nestled in an inner fold of the Sahyadri Hills is built in a shape of a mammoth horse- shoe.
These caves are rock hewn with their exquisite architecture has been designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. The guests after an extensive tour of the Ajanta caves will return to their hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 04: At Aurangabad
The guests will relish a delectable breakfast at the hotel and thereafter will proceed for a sight seeing tour of the city. At the city of caves, guests will first visit the renowned Ellora caves on this day of their Ajanta and Ellora Caves tour. This UNESCO World Heritage Site contains splendid rock- hewn temples and monasteries. These illustrious Ellora Caves constitute of various caves of Buddhist, Hindu and Jain faiths.
These caves with their beauteous carved walls and fresco paintings are one of the most beauteous caves in the world. The Ajanta and Ellora Caves tour then will avail the guests with a tour of the Aurangabad Caves and Daulatabad Fort. This eventful day will be concluded with the voyage back to the hotel where guests will reside for the rest of the night.
Day 05: Aurangabad- Mumbai
Post breakfast the Ajanta and Ellora Caves tour will advance for the journey to the next destination, Mumbai. Guests will be escorted to the Aurangabad Airport where our representative will make all the arrangements for your comfortable journey to Mumbai.
At Mumbai guests will check- into a hotel for an overnight stay and then will advance for a short tour of the city. The sightseeing tour of the city will include a visit to Gateway of India, Hanging Gardens, Prince of Wales Museum and the Dhobi Ghats.
Day 06: Mumbai- Departure
On the final day of your Ajanta and Ellora Caves tour guests will be served a sumptuous meal at the hotel. The guests then will proceed to Mumbai Airport where our representative will make all the pre arrangements for your comfortable onward journey.
